By adding just 30 minutes of some type of activity to your life you will soon be noticing a significant difference in your bone and joint health. Try walking for 30 minutes each day, washing your car by hand, swimming at the local pool, going for a ride on your bike, weeding your garden, or taking your grandchildren to the park. If you experience any type of pain while performing any new physical activity you will want to talk to your doctor and discuss some alternate type of activity that you can try that won’t cause you and pain. Exercise, at all times, should be pain free.
