Some of the alternative methods include hypnosis, acupuncture, aroma therapy etc. There are just to many types rehab programs out there to name them all. However, the general idea is that all of these methods of rehab out there are there to help you and depending on where your faith lies, they can all be helpful in letting you get your life back to normal.
No matter what type of approach that you choose to take in your rehab efforts, you can almost always guarantee that your rehab will include psychological therapy and strength training. The reason for this is because the process of what brought you to your crisis and dealing with what it has done to your body, self image and family can only be rectified and accepted with a little bit of assistance. Sometimes it is the personal demons that brought on the need for rehab, but whatever it is, counseling is needed to often overcome it for the long term and strength is generally needed in order to get back to the health that you should be at.
