Sure our kids have turned into picky eaters and they make wonderful cartoon shaped multi-vitamins to get them to want to eat the vitamins to replace what their diets are lacking. But what about adults? We are suppose to be smart enough to know better, but do we? I would like to tell you the answer is yes to this but many adult are not taking a multi- vitamin to replace what is lacing in our own diet.

Earlier I mentioned that multi-vitamin makers have a cartoon gimmick to get children to take their multi-vitamin everyday remember? Well they ( pill makers) have now come out with a gimmick to get our weight conscious society to take their multi-vitamins. One a day Multi-vitamin has just released a pill that will aid in weight loss! Can you imagine? Get healthy and get thin… and they say you can’t have both! Ok really what have we become that we must be like our children and bribed to take our multi-vitamin. Oh and the other thing is….the gimmick multi- vitamins cost almost double the regular ones.
