Weight loss Companies are they telling you the truth or are they telling you a big fat lie! You have seen the ads, you have read the stories and heard the promise of pounds being melted away with little work. Is it true? How will you know unless you try their diets?
Companies claiming they can melt unwanted fat, are popping up everywhere. The problem is that they are boasting to have found miracle ways to shed the pounds. Some people have bought into this in the desperate need to loose weight.
These programs are expensive and although some do produce weight loss it is often times that over weight people but into this programs only to find out that ….it was just a big fat lie. What have we done? We tend to look for the easiest way to get what we want, and now in attempts to get healthy we sign up for a miracle program that will melt the stubborn pounds that threaten our health. We don’t understand that “miracles” are gods gifts not “man made”
Who ever heard of drinking a milk shake on a diet? Yes that is right there is a milkshake diet out there that many have spent hundreds of dollars ordering only to stick to the diet and see no results. When this expensive milk shake powdered was check it turned out to be powered milk. We need protection from these kind of companies.
The government is trying to implement a new law that will protect consumers from there outrageous promises. How ever it is slow in being passed. In the mean time if you are trying to loose weight consult your doctor first. One must remember the every body is different and weight issues can be due to many different reasons. Take for instance the person that never learned to eat properly, this is the root of the problem and should be addressed there. A miracle pill ( drug) can make your hunger disappear, and surely the weight will fall off, however it is sure to come right back ( sometimes people gain more then they lost back) once the diet is stopped.
